OPERATION
Rotate the ECHO control clock-
wise to increase the echo or
counterclockwise to decrease the
echo.
ECHO CONTROL
When the VOCAL feature is activated, the vocals on a multiplex
recording are muted as soon as the singer begins singing into
the microphone. When the singer stops singing, the vocals are
automatically unmuted. Adjust the AUTO VOCAL control for the
best balance between playback and microphone levels.
IMPORTANT: This feature only works with multiplex CDs.
AUTO VOCAL CONTROL
CONNECTING THE MICROPHONE(S)
This unit has two microphone jacks, use one with the supplied microphones, which will allow you to sing
along with your favorite songs. Before connecting, make sure the MIC VOLUME Controls are set to
minimum.
If only connecting one microphone, connect it to the MIC1 jack.
HEADPHONE JACK
For private listening, connect low impedance 3.5mm (32 ohm) stereo headphones (not included) to this jack.
The speaker is disconnected when using the headphones.

To turn the microphone on, slide
the ON/OFF switch, located on
the side of the microphone, to the
ON position. To turn the
microphone off, slide the ON/OFF
switch to the OFF position.

Rotate the BALANCE control
clockwise to hear the music and
vocals or counterclockwise to
hear the music only.
NOTE: To use the BALANCE
control, a karaoke tape or CD+G
disc must be used.
